Reinstall makes a mess

If your player name is not connected to Facebook, you cannot reinstall the game as there is no option to log in to your old name.

You lose all of your achievements, and if you spent $$ to get rid of the annoying ads, you cannot restore that purchase. It just shows you what you had (VIP Pack in my case) and continues to bombard you with annoying ads and because the game is connected to your Apple account, you get no option to repurchase.
